With over two decades of experience, MKAD Consulting LLC has developed a focused and affordable leadership training program, specifically tailored to each participant. Individual Training Sessions
The foundation of the program is a monthly one-on-one training and coaching session. This time is used to learn, discuss leadership challenges, engage in management scenarios, and establish/monitor personal leadership goals.
Ongoing Coaching & Support
Since leadership questions and challenges can arise at any time, we are available to program participants as a resource to discuss leadership challenges and potential resolutions.
Communications
As with any relationship, effective communications are essential. Words have meaning. Our program works with leaders on their approach to communication, both written and verbal.
Goal Setting & Accountability
Goals guide our actions. While leaders have operational or financial goals, our program focuses on leadership development goals. Leaders will set goals, identify roadblocks, and measure their progress towards those goals.
