My Book
Like many people, during the COVID 19 lockdown, I suddenly found myself with available time. To fill that time, I decided to write a leadership book. With countless leadership books on the market, I wanted my book to be different; I wanted it to be an easy read with practical content, applicable to anyone leading others.
Fervorino is an Italian word used to describe a pep-talk or quick exhortation. Leadership Fervorino is a collection of brief essays (pep-talks) on leadership topics that were inspired by passages from scripture.

Recognizing that leadership is a commitment to a lifetime of learning, this book is intended to bring morsels of knowledge to all leaders, regardless of experience level. It is unlikely that each reader will equally connect with each fervorino. Connection to a thought is predicated on personal experience, organizational structure, leadership successes and failures, completed professional development, and countless other factors.
