Leadership Recruiting
Serve as contingent recruiter for a 70 community senior living organization with an internal recruiting team. Focused on the identification of passive management and leadership candidates for positions across the United States. Because of a competitive flat rate fee structure, the company did not need to add additional recruiters as they grew community count.
Organizational Design
Starring down great growth and the acquisition of businesses in a new market segment, we helped this entrepreneurial company design a scalable organizational structure for both the current needs and the growth plans of the future.
Performance Management
After years of frustration with the ineffectiveness of the existing performance management program for leadership, designed and implemented a program that fostered positive recognition, promoted constructive feedback, and objectively connected with the company’s merit increase process.
Development of HR Department

Labor Law Training
After an audit of managerial labor law awareness and compliance, developed and delivered labor law training program. Six months following training, company experienced DOL audit – deficiency-free.
Compensation Plan Design
After losing key employees due to poorly designed/defined compensation plans, developed new compensation plans for bonus or commission eligible employees including regional leadership, community leadership and sales positions.
Employee Surveys
Developed, implemented, and administered employee surveys to measure the executive and community leadership teams, identifying areas of opportunity and improvement.
Handbook/Policy Development
After several years with a PEO, our client grew frustrated with generic, non-specific policies and handbook. We delivered a senior living specific handbook with policies that aligned with the business and business needs.
HR Process Development
A newer senior living organization was struggling with translating policy and process into action. Created and implemented processes and supporting forms for all HR functions – job descriptions, employment applications, offer letters, onboarding, performance management, workers’ comp, etc.
