Marty Gallenstein - President
Marty Gallenstein is the President of MKAD Consulting LLC and author of Leadership Fervorino. For over 25 years, Marty has developed and led Human Resources teams across a variety of industries, including organizations named to the Fortune 100 and INC. 5000. Marty has vast executive leadership experience in all disciplines of human resources: employee relations, talent acquisition/recruiting, employee engagement, benefits, compliance, development, employee benefits, and safety/workers’ compensation.
Marty is especially passionate about training and developing leaders to tackle the challenges of an evolving workforce. He has developed, implemented, and facilitated leadership training programs in organizations ranging in size from dozens of employees to thousands of employees. He has personally coached hundreds of leaders, with a specific fondness for developing individuals looking to grow into leadership positions.
